Searching for a BL manga I forgot about

Hi, I would like to know if anyone knows the title of it but a long time ago i was reading a yaoi about a guy who's germophobic and even have like bruises on his hands bc he washed them so much + he would always wear gloves and a guy who becomes his lover would help him?
Don't know if it's the same manga but there's a picture of two men I can't keep out of my head cause it was my laptop background once but they were holding hands and a red rope or just red cotton thread around their hands and bodies? (⊙…⊙ )
