It's a source of income, according to the webtoon, players can sell their acquired items to other players with real money.
For example, if a monster dropped a really sword that is hard to get, other players might just buy it instead of go fighting monster for it. So the more good, rare, items you get, the more other desire to have it, the more you can sell them for. That's my understanding at least.

Ok so I dropped this like early on but I'm back because my friend said it was good anyway I got the gist of the start like him paying of his debt and still having good money left so he got a game and changed his life but is the game even a source of income and is he living decently now like I need to know so please tell me
