Yes! At times I was impatient because I was wondering when the romance was gonna come, but in the meanwhile I enjoyed strong mc moments. I liked it and personally I found it to get real good in the last 20 chapters.

I started to read the novel, but the translations from chapters 500 to 3000 something are just horrible. Not to mention the story has a hard time getting to the romance.

I usually read at Wuxia Novvvels App and the app finds the better source and then switch to MTL because MTL is just a translation algorithm from the raw site, not a real translation (but better than Google Translate).
