Can’t believe I just found a “just the tip” joke in a yaoi manga.

I see a few use it as a tease like putting the tip in and if the uke really wants it he has to put the rest in and such but it always makes me laugh too lol.

Lol. It reminds me of the movie Wedding Crashers. "We're gonna play a game called 'just the tip'." Bahaha! (I think that was the line.)
