I personally like this secretary and boss dynamic and I think suha is a very interesting character. what about you? what makes you dislike it?

Hmm i think i like it bcs of uke was a fuckboi (usual bl trope is seme is the fuckboi) and their first sex was consesual. Their love doesn't progress too fast and the sex scenes are nice(hot). I like how suha keeps his promise not to cheat on jiwoon on sex things even though they haven't date yet. Both seme and uke are likeable imo (i just hope jiwoon doesn't be tooo possessive, we know he loves suha so much)
