She does seem to change and become a better person. She regrets using her teacher at the beginning and has a really close relationship with her.

oscar literally fades away in the novel its so sad but theres one scene in which isis is finally in jail with mielle for their sins and asher is questioning oscar about the schemes of the aristocratic party
asher knows about oscars and arias past together aka the rumours and he literally says to oscar that he wishes he wouldnt comply so easily with the investigation so he could jail him as well lmao or something along the lines
asher also ends up saving aria when mielle tries to frame her (she literally pushes down her own father and then pins the blame on aria) aria isnt able to get her hourglass in time but asher saves her from this dilemma because he has imperial powers that allow him to travel far distances/ teleport
afterwards justice is served bc asher gets aria an alibi at a bar to ensure she was at too far of a distance to have commited the crime
with the help of asher millie is tried in court and emma is beheaded and miellie demoted to a maid
