This kinda makes sense since she's not his biological daughter but the strength she have is almost the same with the father. Or it can be just some coincidence.
OOOOOOOOH guys, i think i know what this is. The father in law and is daughter. I think they were a single being from the begining.
In chapter 0, the MC said he wants the entirety of the father to be his. (In a strange way, as if he only conquered a part of him, as if the *daughter* is a part of the father’s being maybe).
And at the end or chapter 0, the father in law is shown with 2 gender symbols.
Also, the daughter is hella strong, just like her dad.
And since this story is quite fantasy, it’s possible they were one being already, before the thunder hitting them.
I hope i’m right because otherwise the MC is gonna drop his wife, who is a nice person.
