It certainly would be funny but I doubt it would deter Sebastian any from pulling it out, Ciel might end up swallowing the tooth the exact moment Sebastian got it out, if he drops it out of reflex to being bitten.

If I was Ciel then I will bit Sebby's fingers so hard if he tried to take my tooth out... That's happened to me bite my dad... I felt sorry for him >_< I wish that part should on ANIME shows!! :)
