I follow a Facebook page called "Boys Love" on Facebook. Only one photo was posted, where it showed the ending.

FINALLY!!! MY DEPRESSION'S OVER!!!!! HAAHAHAHAHAHHAHAA
(With spoilers) This manga has a lot of "if only" possibilities. The whole situation could've been avoided if only Utou was clear about his feelings. If only he arrived earlier when Sumi asked for him. If only Sumi did not heavily think of the whole "I'll be free once I found a pair." mentality. If only Sumi's pair (I forgot his name LOL) did not fall in love with his twin-brother. Yet, I believe those "if only" will lead to something even better.
When Utou said, "I'll make sure to get you this time." my heart ached. This time, he truly got Sumi. In his arms. And I think nothing is more reassuring than someone fulfilling their words through actions.
SPOILER: A happily ever after ending! Our favorite pair has KIDS. I repeat, K-I-D-S!!!
