I think I seen a comment saying something like it might be one of the maids abused by the hogen Lord guy and they traded their heart to get back at him, I’m not sure about it but it’s probably one of the people they’ve wronged like that

There's also the possibility of the house that maid worked at next and she kept complaining about the miss of that house who we saw got pricked by flower thorns and then suddenly got a bunch of suitors?
What does the witch want with House Hogan?? Poor Kate she has family and they're terrible people. Hopefully she gets claim to the Hogan House and the others are removed
