Tbh.. For me..
Doctor elise came 1st as really interesting... But as the story progresses... Its uniqueness got lost. Like her being a good surgeon is gone and romance just go full bloom and her identity just got branded as another mary sue..
I agree. As much as I hate to say this, but I might actually drop this Manhwa if she stops being so “lovey-Dovey”. And starts to instead use her brain, because I know she’s smart. She’ s shown that she can think even if she’s under pressure....
