you see her brother is still missing in action and dont want to comeback.i guess he think that he needs to be strong before handling again the company (with the help of the doctor relatives training) . thats why until now she still pretending. if only his brother came in the picture then she can stop pretending or go to france.. the only thing he pretend to be lu yining because of his missing brother and the company. right.? even if she have the right power from the start and use that instead pretending then the story is different from what we seen. cerru and his brother company gonna be rival.

Theres seems to be a reason for this. She have two secret identities. Shes acting like her brother and a boy. Because she was scare of Will finding out that she was a girl. It was also mentioned in a flashback that her mother cutted her hair while she cried that she didnt want to be a boy. So her mother is the reason why she dresses as a boy.
