Why would i search for spoiler? I've read until chapter 31 (i've read those 31 chapters in language that i understand, so believe me i know the story)... the last original chapter in naver is chapter 33, but this spoiler about helio-psyche and medea-red hair guy were already spreaded even before chapter 32 was out, so yeah it's not confirmed
This story is a pure webtoon, and currently there are only 33 chapters, there's no novel, so there's no spoiler ahead, those spoilers are from readers who read korean raws but assumed everything by themselves because they don't understand the language... i assure you the endgame pairings hasn't been confirmed yet, it's only readers' speculation
