Jihyun only wants Chiwoo for selfish reasons. He didn't think about how Chiwoo felt at all in the past, and now that they've moved on he actually thinks he'll get a second chance just because he changed. Chiwoo already had given him enough chances, it's best that he stays with Kyujin. Jihyun should move on and find someone else instead of interfering and bringing up the past.
