From the start I was thinking the same, but after this chapter I get confused. If Omi san wasn't his brother then why Yuki's mum left his pic? Do you think she was meaning that his older brother is with this person???

Yeah I don't think Omi's a bad person....he's just trying to protect Yuki in his own twisted way... outing him by force so that Yuki would stay with Omi or just leave...in return also making sure that Yuki doesn't turn out to be a dangerous beast (when pushed) which can potentially harm Godai and eventually( and since Yuki loves Godai) Yuki himself...well that's what I thought...
