Sadly the side story was only for 'fanservice'. I honestly don't get how people want Jihyun and Chiwoo to end up together after everything he did that hurted him. I didn't read the side story at all, I prefer him having a happy life than to be with Chiwoo again even if it is a parallel universe. I believe it would've been better if they were more chapters in the main story so we can have more Kyujin and Chiwoo moments. The mangaka shouldn't have to make a side story just because people were displeased with how the main story ended. I agree with you all the way, there was no need for a parallel universe.

Was there even a need for the parallel universe?! Reading that last 2 chapters made me hated Jihyun more. He won't be forgiven. He should've just gtfo of Chiwoo's life once and for all.
