Dude, I've seen a lot with their marriage partners to have huge age gaps. 10 years or so. Maybe you just personally don't like age gap relationship. You didn't have to say that it's disgusting. . I agree with with the legal age thing, just don't generalize it because that's not all there is to it.

She is a teenager. Yes, she's underage and the dude's like 20. But, let me make it clear that it is not pedophilia. Pedophilia is a disorder where a person, who is at least 16 years old, becomes sexually aroused by those younger than them for at least five years, not three or four years. The child becomes their object, subject or the centre of their sexual activities or fantasy.
The dude is probably 3-4 years older than her, and probably just infatuated or genuinely liking her. He's not forcing anything sexual to her. Don't suddenly accuse pedophilia without checking the confirmed facts under the DSM or by the law. It causes wrong info spread.
Though, I do agree she is still underage and dude's a little older, which can be dealt with time and proper counseling/guidance. Just don't label it pedophilia when it isn't. Just say, she's too young to think about having a relationship with someone who is already a young adult. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

Yeah but people who have age gaps are usually in their 20s at least. A 30 year old dating a 35 year old is not the same as a 20 year old dating a 16 years old. The 20 year old is probably in higher education nd looking for a stable job whereas alot of 16 year old don't even think about that until they are 18.

Aight two things I find gross with this story, the homophobia for one. Two, the fact no one is pointing out a TWENTY year old is attracted to a 16/17 year old.
