Where I'm from we just literally call it mayoketchup......... but we add a little bit of garlic to it.... for me I like it better with the garlic some like it without it......... I don't know how other places make it (⌒▽⌒)

Which interestingly enough if google "japanese bechamel sauce", the recipe for the same mayo ingredients white sauce pops up.
