when sold in a volume in Japan it has 21 chapters, maybe they missing most of them and just put main point chapters in?

Very basic panel structure. Poor flow. Kind of a confusing jumbled mess. Comes across as someone's first serious/official go at manga. This is just my opinion. No hard feelings on anyone.
