Actually there's a curse within the duke's family. There lineage was cursed by a dragon, well it's about love ofc. That's why killian doesn't want to get involve with that kind of relationship. What happened to his father was done by that curse and killian doesn't want to become like madman. But then daisy will come to the rescue i guess? She will return back to the 1st timeline and find that dragon who cursed their lineage. Oh and her bitchy sister will be paired up with Daisy's ex-bf.

Honestly was hoping that they fall in love/realised they are in love after they divorce, so the 3 years we can see them working tgt as business partners, duke boi becoming duke, Daisy gal starting a successful business. While all that, they take care of each other, like making tea when the other is busy, have those cliche, put blanket on back when one falls asleep while working, duke boi can help Daisy regain self-confidence, Daisy can make duke boi comfortable ard her.
After divorcing, duke boi can realise love ain't that bad and he starts courting her for realsies but Daisy is a busy business Gal so even thou she like dukey, she wants to finish up all her urgent plans, become fit to stand beside him and then accept his courtship.
