Well if you remember, Kouichi has already went back and it had only been like a couple hours later or something like that. I think this is kind of like one of those things were time goes faster in one world and where in another is slower, so Kouichi could be living in the titans world for years until his death and still (probably) could go back to being young. Just a theory though.

I don’t remember the chapter but I think he did go back and then went back eventually, if not I’ve read so many BL’s my mind is fucking with me lol
I don’t want Kouichi to leave Cauis. What if time never stopped in the human world??? What if he goes back and it’s like 20 years later?? What if he goes and can never come back if something goes wrong in the human world? So many things my heart hurts
