I'm pretty sure depending on the author. Male betas or male alphas could get pregnant. And I did saw on instagram a fan page posted a picture of baby byul and another baby that looked like it could be Heesoo and Dojuns baby and the account did say it was drawn by the author so there is a chance that they could have a baby but I'm not 100% sure.
yeah i saw them on fargo's twitter. the author always drew a baby with dark hair named "heejun" and a pair of twins with heesoo and dojun hair colors and i just </3 </3 give them babies
i love LOVE dojun and heesoo so much. i love them as individuals and as a couple. they're so good and balance each other out.

heesoo is so so Adorable. he's the bestest character and i hope somehow he can get preggo (but he's a beta so unlikely) but i guess they can adopt!!!!!!!
