This would be very true, but the world also runs on money. You can cover up a ton of stories by buying paparazzi to make you look better or having them change their narrative. Shoot people like Trump could literally say “I think babies should be burnt alive and grilled on my bbq” and there would be one outlet like “the left is twisting a harmless situation”
Now I'm just saying but wouldn't this cause a huge scandal. The chairman took everyone from the hospital to host a celebration leaving a single 1st year intern. Only 1 doctor in the entire hospital and he not even a proper doctor yet. wouldn't the chairman get in a lot of trouble like the media would be all over this. To top it off, he forces the rest of the doctors to now assist the intern which is risking the life of a patient. If this was real he would definitely go to jail even with is influence and power. But I'm not in medicine or anything so correct me if I'm wrong but this just doesn't sound like something you could get away with
