i wouldn't say it's underrated, maybe not talked about as much as bj alex and painter of the night are, but it's pretty well known. enough to be seen as a popular BL manhwa.
I swear On or Off is on of those manhwas where the BL community know it exists but never really talks about it that much...
The story phasing is so good and entertaining that it focuses more on getting to know the characters' unique personalities and their feelings rather than filling up each chapter with "unnecessary sex scenes"...
But when things get spicy! It's so good~ cuz things can get very intimate and I swear that this manhwa has the HOTTEST word play
The thing I also like about it the series is that the female characters are helpful and fun especially Secretary Cha cuz in a typical BL, women tend to be dumb or an evil bitch...
I hope this series will get more recognition cuz it's sad, bcuz the one's that get overrated are the smutty one's with a ton of sex scenes... which I'm not totally against but I wish more people would appreciate well written manhwas like this ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶
