Its an alpha thing, like when an alpha bites there mate on the nape (back of the neck) or in the area. You know when an alpha marks there mate as there mate an all that jazz. If that happened to an alpha and there mate neither of them can really have sex with anyone else besides there mate, that's why if you read puppy-San or a few other omegaverse- at there weddings the alpha will bite the nape of there mates neck, hence the wedding being fulfilled!
