Ivan marked Hyun, we don't really know how it was done but all Alek did was bite Hyun back in chpt 21 and 22 and kept him close by to stabilize the imprint pain and cold symptoms. There really is not a need to re-imprint someone, once they are imprinted upon, they're prey for the whole tribe and at mercy to their pheromones.
he was marked twice, so hen became very sick, and in the first chapters hen appears with a mark on his shoulder after sleeping with Ivan, that already says a lot
