Yes that is correct, but when you say "Complete" doesen't that mean that its finish, the end. Even in other mangas or webtoon they kept the word "Ongoing" even if the next few chapters were only extra stories.
The author decided to add a few more chapters so "technically" this webtoon didn't reach its end yet. ( ̄へ ̄)

Well, the author confirmed on her twitter and Lehzin that the main story was completed and said that she “might” do extra episodes but did not fully confirm that she would be doing the extras. So, the manga was marked completed because it was finished. Then, she came back after 7~ months and decided to release more side stories. The thing is is that we don’t know how long these side stories will be (whether it’ll be 6 extras to 20 more) so if it does change to ongoing and she stops soon after then people will be coming back month after month expecting more when there isn’t. Either way, it’s all up in the air.

Agreed. Completed is when the main story is completed. Side stories are just bonuses and usually most mangas and webtoons put it as completed even when bonus chapters are released. I read mangas for many years and thats how we usually infer it. Its a small thing anyway. No big fuss. We are all contented to have extra chapters for good plots.
I mean the webtoon kept on updating until now but its said on the top page "Complete" . I already reported it, I hope they will give some kind of explaination. ( ̄へ ̄)
