In other alpha omega stories tge knotting happend when they want to make sure that the omega will get pregnabt as their semen will be stuck in there.
I think it's possible. Cuz knotting happens when an alphas dick gets harder and bigger than usual (I think lol) so basically, if a dick is stuck inside you, even tho you're not an omega, you have been knotted. Tho I'm not sure if betas can get pregnant in Fargo's version of omegaverse.

If my memory serves me right, Fargo posted on her twitter that betas can't get pregnant in this universe. Not sure tho but I hope she'll pull a "sike bitch you thought" and make heesoo pregnant so there'll be a love triangle between Hamin, byul and heesoo's kid. HAHA
