Because it's so relatable and not like other yaois where everything magically fits into place.These characters are flawed like all of us, they make mistakes and act recklessly. And even the love portrayed between them is shown as something that's developed with time and not happening at first sight.
deadass, i HATE the first couple and their relationship. i only bother reading because of the second couple. if the second couple didn't come, i would have dropped this shitty manhwa way back.
never understood why this is popular. forced pregnancy and what's practically rape occurs and it's /romanticized/. i didn't mind the second couple at least but the first was annoying as hell
