A quick summary of what I understood from skimming the story

Its a story of someone who has had an obsession of being touched by this one person in highschool which results in him kidnapping him once he found him again (he left the highschool that they were both attending and didn't reveal where he was going)

note* they used to be fuck buddies

and now the one who was used/fucked (Sungho) is now trying to let Dohyun experience what he had done to him, and in the process, he forces him to remember who he was/how he used him

he did naughty things to him 19 times I think

its pretty hard to read bc of the rape and the abuse

he almost kills him at one point

at chapter 34 2 dudes break-in and they get into a fight and Sungho is now wounded in the hand (metal pole went sPwOOF)

he takes Dohyun into a car and drives off

then there's this wholesome (kind of) comic that is similar to the main one but old fashioned (?) [its just a side comic]

more flashbacks of their highschool days happen

it just shows how they met and how they got closer

we are back in the present time and he takes Dohyun into a house (ch 39)

flashback of when Sungho was introduced to the warehouse

more tying up happens to Dohyun

[Sungho goes even more insane] (is that even possible lmao)

another flashback (we learn that Dohyun didn't have great parents)

Dohyun then becomes a lifeless being (he didn't die he is just in a doll-like state)

the two guys are trying to find out who they are
they tracked down the school from a note left in the drawer in the warehouse
contact someone who had the yearbook and bought it
I think they are getting revenge for some sketchy job (the man who was supposed to pay them ran away) and the wound on his face

flashback - Sungho get into another fight and drops out

Ch 51
Dohyun starts to have seizures and apparently it leads him to wake up violently calling out to Sungho - they of course have sex

Monologue from Sungho on how he is lying to himself:

ALSO instead of using the fucking sedative to help him with the seizures they just have sex (are you serious)

goes insane and rips it all up/scribbles of everything

Dohyun snaps when Sungho brings up starting over again and forgetting everything that has happened
ends with Dohyun pulling himself towards Sungho (they start to make out (?))

Dohyun forcefully has sex with Dohyun

Dohyun is tied up on the bed again and is forced to take a sedative causing him to fall asleep

Dohyun has a dream as if they were living together as a couple (it was very wholesome ngl)
he wakes up and thinks about what he had said to Sungho
he cries and starts to miss Sungho

Ch 59
Dohyun is in a panicked state looking for a phone to call 911
The intruders enter the house and see the "dead body" (Heo Joseph & Yongsoo)
Dohyun threatens them with the knife telling them to give him a phone
Yongsoo (the one who wants revenge) assumes Dohyun was the one who did it and takes out his anger on him
Heo Joseph uses the tranq on Yongsoo and calls 911

Ch 60
Flashback to Sungho after he drops out
he is in a doll-like state continuously mumbling everything that happened in the warehouse (pretty much what he wrote down in the notebook)

we are suddenly at Sungho's parents funeral
runs out and stops to catch his breath at a bus stop
he sees a business card and what catches his eye is they find people

starts to yearn for Dohyun - "I only have Dohyun. He is my everything"

it pretty much repeats the start of the story but with the perspective of Sungho (the kidnapper)

back to present
Sungho is in critical condition

Dohyun is given a paper to fill out - he realizes he doesn't know anything about Sungho
