When in contact with their Karma, the powers greatly increase. For some reason, the blue haired dude is somewhat overwhelmed by the surge of powers and cannot control it at times, i think anyway.

ok hol up im confused. it's probably because i missed that part but on chapter 32 page 7 is that because theyre karmas? i kinda don't recall them having that kind of effect when theyre in contact, or maybe it's just him?
