Another story victim of the culture of rape kink. Atleast the rape didn't go past forced ...

....I was thinking the same thing. I mean, I really like the story but... If I were Suha, I would never give them a bj just to save the guy. I know it’s just fiction, but seriously, why do they have to ruin every single story with rape? There are other ways of developing a plot without including that (〜￣△￣)〜

Ikr.... And tbh it seems like a lot of readers are eating the clichés like candies. Worshipping stories where the whole drama was literally made to end up in a rape. With charactsrs doing such brain dead moves and giving such ridiculous reasons for it. And if these people like it, its fine, but i believe there is also a huge fanbase who likes story that aren't like that.

The comments from.Walk on Water and Back To School are proofs that there a shit ton of people who likes these clichés as long as the antagonists explain his bad behavior was because of lovd and as long as the antagonist is hot stuff.

But.... I still believe the majority prefers to not have these sexual assault clichés... I hope so.....

I will say this story seems different. Other mangas and Manhwa tend to glorify the seme’s rape as romantic, however the MC is shown to experience trauma and anxiety like a real person would. I completely understand his motivations for doing what he did, so that a fellow colleague would not experience the emotional and physical torment he had to go through. It’s also heavily implied that after the abuse he had gone through, the MC then turned to meaningless sex as a coping mechanism, thus, what’s a blowjob if you’ve already done much worse in order to save someone, actively being threatened, from all harm? Of course, I’m not saying the plot is perfect, it does break reality every now and then to keep the plot flowing as it should, and it is sadly true that rape is heavily glorified in the yaoi community, but this story is different, it just needs more time and attention to flesh out the emotions of the MC fuller, it’s only the second season, and I expect the climax to explain to the readers and the love interest questions that we have been curious about for awhile.

The problem is not the MC (though im mad he acted somewhat stupid). My problem with this story is that the author brought rape into it. Just like.so.many other story. And as i said, authors are free to do whatever they want. I just wish there would less stories with the rape kink. And also less story with retards MCs while we are at it.

Gotta agree with you on the rape part, like I said, it’s way too prevalent in yaoi manga. Can’t say I agree with our opinions on the mc tho, personally, I might have done the same, but I guess that makes me stupid ;-;

Well the MC was acting as if this is very light. When he got hit and forced to suck. Maybe for him its not a big deal BUT the MC was literally acting as if his rapist would do what he says(and that guy looked pretty insane....). His understanding of the situation was so bad.... Like all the ukes. They never understanding that following a creep is a bad idea. They never understand that a rape attempt makes the guy just aa bad as a rapist. They never have a good understandiing of the situation.

He was getting attacked by an insane person. He push him off and then acts as if its impossible the guy comes back at him and hurt him.even more.
If he was too scared to act, that would be one thing, but he was calm about it (way too calm).
