probably, it seems particularly hard to guess how the artist would interpret the novel but if i remember correctly, while the novel pointed out and emphasized how much chloe looked a lot like aria; i can't seem to recall a point where the author described chloe as someone who had similar hair and eye color as aria (although i wouldn't really trust my memory since i also vaguely remember something about chloe being described as blonde.)

but the artist might go with the route where they look exactly like each other(hair and eye color included) but they might adjust chloe's features to be a tad bit masculine.
