me too, i wished the author would at least show Adachi's parents, and I wished that in the end, everyone would have alumni association, and when they are talking about Adachi, Adachi appears and stuff like that.

Is that ending even possible? Can 22-23 year olds go back to high school in Japan? Here in America you have to go to Adult Ed after a certain period.
Anyway, I agree that the ending SUCKS. Plus, I'd like to believe that Adachi is the heir of a yakuza group.
