So basically Ryujin was born with a special power of fire, and Imae was born with a special power of water. Because of their power, the demons go after them so they must go to a school of exorcists, who can control their power to defeat monsters. Ryujin and Imae then were selected to directly join the main big team of exorcists, and while learning to be exorcists, they started developing feelings for each others.
