Not to be a Debbie downer, but if he lived in the slums of Cebu, shouldnt the mom speak bisaya? Not tagalog? Haha

Anyway woah Seven is from Cebu. Mindblown did not expect that from a manga. Usually its America or somewhere in the west udjsbdns would the confession be "nahigugma ako kanimo"
