His older bro had tried to call him while he was out, to tell him to buy Shonen Jump (a manga magazine) for him. His reaction to his little bro's panic and realisation that his phone is lost is basically just "...Gonna go buy the magazine I wanted." I love it, such typical sibling indifference haha
