Yep I agree. It’s not about age gap once you’re old enough, it’s more about life experiences (?). And I agree with you that the series is slowing down rlly bad. Like now Estelle just seems overpowered and fake mature. Can’t say I’m interested in either of them as characters so I’m prolly gonna drop it.
esp Emel. His character development almost doesn't make sense. He's the least stable character I've ever seen. He's either a guard or he's a guard that cna just act out as he like lol idk some people find charms in that but for me it just show how unstable his character is. I'm prolly drop this too.. Soon

There are times, it's enough to be like that starting as a kid. That's why this story didn't start from her being an adult. Kids has their own charms that you seemed to not enjoy, sadly.
But as an adult main character in this setting, perhaps I was asking for a lot but it has def seemed to be.. Bland and uninteresting as of now.
I think for most, it's not about the age difference, it's more like Emel watch her grew up from a kid into a young lady. He was the responsible adult in our pov and its just kinda weird to see a relationship between someone who was her protector when she was a kid until she grew up into a fine woman.
To me tho? Idrc. I just think it's getting a bit boring here. It was so good tho in the beginning. I can't see the charm in estelle anymore, unlike when she's a kid.
