Well, Jun called out to Marcus when they hugged each other at the end so they did get the memories from the other world.
I thought Marcus was originally from the other world while only Jun was from Earth, and the reason Marcus was there at the end was thanks to the wish. I assume they have small fragments of love for each other but not their memories in full since that would cause issues

After hundreds of years, the happily ever after finally happened. Confusing near the end, and daaamn Jun and Marcus at the end, we'll never know if they remember their memories or not. Did Marcus become a resident of Jun's world? We'll never know.
This kinda hurt my heart for the suffering caused by the shitty king and frankly I think he deserved being trapped as a soul for as long as the others suffered. It's eye for an eye imo.
