We all know the person Seungho is sleeping with is Na-Kyum, but that doesn't mean that he can't be promised to some woman, as arranged by his father.
If there is such a person, and if it's her Seungho looks at when he carries Na-Kyum out covered in his robe, my guess would be that his father sent her there in response to that painting he received to try to set this son 'straight' so to speak. I really hope it's not the case tho. Na-Kyum deserves a break. He already sees himself as a prostitute, having Seungho's 'fiancée' there is just going to hit that further home. Poor baby.
