It is indeed disrespectful given the importance of this act (sojoud) in the religious side and the purity of the relationship between a muslim person and Allah, and when you do (sojoud) in the prayer your btween the hands of Allah

both, since not only gay sex is the issue, the bigger issue is the whole act of 'no strings attached minor sex' and thanking allah for such sexual act which is a sin all-in-all is disrespectful and him joking about it

But don't get confused what Shunta is doing isn't sojoud, he's not thanking anyone here he's obviously apologizing (the next thing he's saying is clearly "I'm sorry"). Takumi is interpreting his posture because he sees no reason for his apology so he's the one being disrespectful here by associng a religious act to a random/apologetic posture made in sexual context and therefore disrespecting the act (cause clearly Takumi knows that he's not doing sojoud).
I guess it suit the character of Takumi who appears to be morally questionnable as he is sleeping with a minor like you mentionned...

I wasn’t offended or anything, and it’s not ‘offensive’ just a bit disrespectful in an indirect way as you said, and not even THAT big of a deal tbh it’s a yaoi manga and the comment was made off-handedly and not target the religion or anything so I totally got it, I was just a bit surprised
