You are not too stupid, a lot of the stuff the Magaka had in there was incorrect facts, half truths and self contradictions. I wrote a summary of story 2 which explains the story as i understood it, in response to “shin e”’s topic: “Overheated” as well as my own topic entry which explains how incorrect this manga is (though i left out correcting the mistakes - it would have been too long).
