I can't remember the name of this manga but the student council president is some young master kind of and doesn't understand everything about normal people. He starts watching this member of the swim team and ends up liking the guy. Some person from the council tries breaking them apart ("Swim guy just left with a girl" but the girl was just a newspaper interviewer). The president falls out of his window. That's all I really remember. Anyone know the name or link?
