help me find this manga

in his previous school he liked a guy who rejected him ( i think?). in his new school he fell in love with another guy. then at his new school, his old crush came to his new school because he had a game? ( like a match). guy then meets his old crush they talk it out but he says he moved on. when they met the new guy got worried and rushed over to where they were meeting but saw the uke says he was moving on. old guy saw them together and accepted that he was too late.
