Oh, people can if they want to, of course. But the group dropped it so people who wants to read it can support the author.
If you really want to read this on the app, they have an option to watch ads for free inks. I use tappytoon and I never read any releases there using money. I'm a broke working adult XD

But do note that official English release is much slower. They are only at Chapter 10 right now. It will take at least 25 weeks for them to reach chapter 36 (current chapter)
