It's not stockholm syndrome. They were already both fucked since highschool. They were dependent with each other and also emotionally attached since highschool
I hope they get together and go to therapy, I mean idk if they can exactly say “yeah he kidnapped me and raped and beat me up and then tried killing himself for me, our highschool life was crazy, it’s complicated”, but I really do hope they find some sort of happiness bc if they could’ve just been able to talk out their feelings when they were younger, they could’ve been happily together by now:-:
