In all honesty, with the entire lore of the omegaverse, there's so much information and story specific circumstances that anything is possible at this point. Haha. But I do hope in this case Heesoo gets the chance to be pregnant with their child.
Alphas can only impregnate others though and in this omegavetse, alphas cannot be impregnated. A beta doesn’t have the sperm to do it. Also, Heesoo wants to be pregnant.

Sorry, I meant they usually top. And if they bottom, it’s usually for another alpha. I personally haven’t read one where they bottom. I would love to find it. Either way, in this omega verse, the alphas we know are all tops.
Because from what I understand, alphas have an overwhelming urge to spread their seed lol which means they love to top.
They can have a child in vitro and Master can carry it. it's the only possibility for them.

Master doesn’t have a womb. He doesn’t have eggs. In this world, only omegas get pregnant. Only omegas have eggs, womb, etc. The author has mentioned this multiple times on Twitter.
And again in omega verse, it’s usually the alpha’s sperm that causes pregnancy in other males.
I remember reading that it's possible for Betas and Alphas to have kids, but the Alphas will have to be impregnated.
