I would say it depends on who's dating who. If the person is dating a certain person/personality then they would have to get their permission first. All because a certain personality isn't the main host, they are still a person. Same body doesn't equal same person.

If it were me, I wouldn’t be comfortable knowing that my lover is having sex with someone other than me, because yeah it might be the same body, but there’s also different memories, thoughts and personalities, so it’d really feel like they’re cheating.

But as a person with multiple personalities, I think that would be the last thing on ur mind. Imagine how hard dating is and having to find someone that all the personalities like. U and ur lover should also accept each personality; one shouldn't exclude them. Which is what was happening to Ray at first. One should accept and love all the personalities because it is apart of the person you love.
