Help please?

Alrighty, so i read this one manga i don't know how many times but i keep forgetting the name of it. Its a yaoi manga, the seme was the uki's senpai in high school but the seme didn't know and the uke did. the seme has a friend from high school that i think he use to date, he is helping him by hiding him and his girlfriend in his house and the uke comes back to the seme's place and overhears something that upsets him and basically cuts off all communication with the seme. they get back together in the end, I'm sorry for the somewhat vague description i just cant seem to find this manga.
