I think it was more of a family type love because both of them were only family they had left
i think he really did fall in love with her but most of that love was because shes his sister

Near the end I thought Loki died because he overused his arcane in an attempt to see the MC again and I almost cried. The amount of sorrow and anger he must've felt all this time. I can't even begin to fathom the amount of suffering he's been through. He deserves better :( The author really did him dirty.
Also is incest a normal thing or did Loki not fall in love with MC?
